Christy Turlington was born January 2, 1969 in Walnut Creek, california. She Attended UCLA and Graduated in may 1999 from Gallatin School at New York University with a degree in philosophy and literature, specializing in Eastern philosophy.

Christy was riding a horse one day when a woman asked her if she could take her photo to send in to a modelling agency. Christy said ok thinking nothing of it and before she knew it, she was asked to be a model. Christy Turlington's beauty is a versatile one. Turlington has personified nude, unaffected beauty-representing Calvin Klein's fragrances since 1987. While modelling relies on the art of lighting,make-up and retouching, a few women are able to achieve a perfect look through self-awareness; Turlington is one such woman.

Turlington is one of the most beautiful woman in the world, and she was one of the supermodels who managed to make an easy transition from the haute glamour of the 1980s to the relaxed simplicity of the following decade.
