A few years ago AEC was challenged to create a unique and functional space on campus for use during Town Hall meetings. Our solution was to erect an 18,000 square foot clear span tent equipped with all seasonal heating and lighting. The 5 day install includes a lighting grid housing intelligent lights as well as over 60 conventional lights. The custom stage set has been designed specifically for the meeting space with LED lights that change colors in order to adjust the feel of the room at will.

The AEC technical team also provides audio, multiple screens for video, broadcast quality cameras and recording equipment, web casting & show management for the Town hall Live.

We’ve created templates to enhance power point presentations and custom designed 3D signage. We’ve developed and produced fun game segments and Awards segments..

AEC often recreates this production on a smaller scale to service the client when off campus at various area venues including the SF Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and the Westin Hotel to name a few.
